What I want and can\'t find on the web or at Staples is a software program that allows me to set up my own general journal, make my own complete entries, then for it to post them to the relevant general ledger accounts I have set up in the program, then at period end provide a trial balance and if ok for me provide a balance sheet and income statement. I\'m a retired auditor & it seems I can only get a pre-packaged system, unadjustable.

I was disappointed that what was sent was not what was represented. The \"30-day\" trial is of no value if you cripple it so as to give false reports. Also, I need something that allows for multiple tracking of income, in much the same way as expenses are tracked. So I simply removed it and am still looking for something that will do what I could do well years ago with a simple flat-file database called File Express.

Easy to Use There was no installation involved. I just opened the spreadsheet in Excel and everything was there. After I configured the DATA page with my company information, it was easy to add my expenses for each month. The single report page is a little difficult to read, since there is so much printing on the page, but I like having an entire year on one page. EXCEL compare. Had to run it to find out what it did, results were in a format that was as unusuable as the original file.

Review for Excel Compare 3.3.2 The output did not suit my needs with this application. I was looking more for an actual spreadsheet with the difference highlighted in each one and that was not what I received.

Not Bad The Idea is good but functionality is not good. Even selection window has lot of problem. Need to check all the functionalities. And report is not clear.

Data Warehouse I only tested the program with a small data set and I found the program running quite fast. However, I like to test it with a large data set to find out how it runs. I like to automate the process, so that I can schedule it to run every day. I need to find out a program that compares tables. I need to run more tests to be able to provide a better evaluation.

Could be much better I didn't find this particular software to be that useful. I was desiring a feature like Word's "Compare and Merge Documents," which this did not provide. I wanted to take two excel spreadsheets and output a third with redlined changes, not text telling me what was changed.
